Quality System

quality system complies with ISO 9001: 2008 standards through SAI Global. Our
quality system covers both our component distribution and cable assembly
manufacturing operation. Cables can also be manufactured to IPC/WHMA-A-620A
Standards, class 1, 2 or 3.
RoHs Compliance
We only
distribute RoHs compliant components, where available.
Traceability
Full product
traceability and inspection records are kept for stock movements into and out
of our warehouse and production facility. Customers requiring specific
traceability records and/or a Certificate of Compliance can be accommodated.
Testing
All cable
assemblies are 100% tested for continuity and short circuits before final audit
inspection and release. Our cable testing capabilities include equipment for
testing assemblies with resistors, diodes, cross terminations, etc in the cable
assembly circuitry.
